    so yes i have the valid i551 but not the expired Gc per say just the extension letter and the valid I551

    so i have an extension letter for 48 months for my expired Green card while i am still waiting for my interview for ROC i was also provided a stamp valid for a year now to be able to travel only dilema is i lost my expired GC , my wallet was stolen the day i was going to see my lawyer...yeah go figure lol is that going to be an issue at all? I hear no but just asking still

    Oh man the more I read things here the more concerned I get lol I already had my conditional green card interview all went well and easy... Few years later filed for ROC Case got transfered to NBC after a long time because they were backlogged... Then it changed to fingerprints were taken Then to 2 weeks later "ready to schedule an interview" And now I am not sure how to feel

    I have always had a lawyer So hopefully it's nothing crazy.. But fraud.. Hmm yeaah no. I ll just have to wait I guess

    My case got transfered to nbc and now updated to "case ready to be scheduled for interview" Not the best feeling, really thought it would be waived
