1. Does it mean that they aren't using the Joint Sponsor? (Screenshot 👇) 2. Step 10 (here) states that applicants "do not need to bring [their] Affidavit of Support or financial evidence [they] submitted to NVC." Is this accurate? I've seen multiple accounts here mentioning that they bring thei sponsor's updated I-864 + Financial Evidence to the interview.

We just got DQ'd today at 3:32 PM ET. Technically I submitted on 3/5 and got DQ'd on 3/20, so 15 calendar days. Adjusted DQ Estimates based on March actual days to DQ. Side note for Taiwan applicants. For the Civil Documents section, applicant birth certificate must include a BC from the hospital + a current 戶口名簿 (REQUIRED).
