    Which tax form am I supposed to file for stimulus money? Is it 1040? What is letter of non filing? I am asking for our ir1 visa at NVC stage

    A letter of job offer, proof that I am searching for jobs, one way ticket back to US will also count correct? I will also add letter from parent🙏 i am an occupational therapist and have completed continuing educations hours and renewed my New York state license last year as it was my plan to come back to the US this year. Can I upload my NY therapy license and a small note explaining it as a proof of intention to move back to US?

    I live abroad. How can I get a tax transcript? I belive it is asking for U.S phone number, credit card number when you first sign up. Which I do not have. Also does it have to be signed by the IRS office once we print the transcript

    True, but I havent heard anywhere about providing last 6 months of income or bank statements. is this something you have an issue with?

    I am not sure if I understand that, could you please clarify? As a sponsor I did not have to provide bank statements for the past 6 months. and havent heard about it from others

    is this something you have faced with a joint sponsor? I havent heard that joint sponsor needed to provide deposits, etc. Some people say a tax transcript is enough for me and my joint sponsor

    I submitted 1040 tax return. Is tax transcript different than a tax return? I submitted 1040 tax return for 2021. Is tax transcript different than a tax return?

    I am a US citizen and live with my husband overseas. I submitted my New York drivers license for proof of domicile. I got a message saying "XX might not have principal residence or be domiciled in the U.S. Please submit proof of domicile." Does this mean I need to submit more proofs that I have relations in U.S? I just registered for U.S voter registration. How do I show that as a proof. I created an online account for registration. Also can a job offer count? It has my name but does not include an adress would that work? I have a one way ticket to U.S will that count?

    I submitted form 1040 tax returns for myself and the joint sponsor. NVC sent a message asking for W2 or 1099 forms. we dont have these as joint sponsor is self employed and I am not employed and live abroad. What should I do?
