    Thanks, what is the difference between I130NOA1 and I130 NOA2 in timeline? Any advice to take less time to approve?because of applying outside us by online it takes that my time? what about the instructions of form i130 that says we contact you a few weeks after submitted your form to provide your biometric? (According to im in iran not us now)

    Hello I am a U.S. born citizen and i live in iran. Can i fill out form i130 for my 17 years old daughter online here in iran and don’t go to us until it approved? Does anybody have this kind of experience? and how long does it take to approve? thanks for answering
