I am not withdrawing the I-751. I am wanting to withdrawal my participation in it.

I am not the permanent resident I am his spouse who also signed the I-751 but now want to withdrawal everything. Since we submitted it, he has wanted to separate all of our accounts and now is saying he does not need a partner now.

I have tried to get an infoPass appointment to submit my I-751 Withdrawal and they will not let me set up an appointment without my husband present to verify his information. Do I need to just mail it to them? I am mailing the information to the USCIS where the application is being processed and I will mail one to the local USCIS office because they are not allowing me to make an InfoPass appointment.
