    Thanks for the reply. Yes I am out of status right now. My wife took me to DMV last week and they couldn't renew my DL.

    Now I have the I-495, I-765 and I-131 receipts. Can I use these receipts to apply for driver's license? Or international driver's license? Another question: I finished the biometric for I-765 and I-131 together which is under I-495, but when I checked the system, it only showed that USCIS received I-765 and passed the stage from 2 to 3. Yet the I-131 still stays at stage 2, which is biometric. Is there anything I am missing here? Thanks!

    I am on my F1 visa and am married to my American wife last year. I submitted the I130 and I485. My F1 will be expired at the end of this month. If I don't hear anything back for the I130 or I485, do I need to leave US?
