  1. Hi all! My approval came in yesterday 5/26/23. PD : 06/08/2022 AR : 06/08/2022 Approval : 05/26/2023 Texas Service Center Wish everyone all of the best. This process is grueling…
  2. Hello, I’m sure this was asked before but how long do you have to complete NVc stage?
  3. Are we able to do the police report early, before the 130 is approved? I think I read it needs to be less than 2 years old. If so, do we have them sent to us or somewhere else?
  4. Same here. I was expecting mine to go up because that is what I’ve been hearing here. But mine went from 2 months to 5 weeks. I know I know it’s not completely accurate. My PD is June 8th.
  5. If my spouse is visiting the USA during the consulate I130 visa process, is she able to complete her biometrics and medical here or does it have to be completed in her home country?
  6. Ok thanks. I didn’t think she had a stamp in her passport.
  7. I’ll have to check with my wife but I don’t think they stamp canadian passports
  8. How can you tell if they give you less than 6 months?
  9. Thanks for your response. I am more concerned about it impacting the interview. Would they frown upon a long stay?
  10. Hello. I’m a USC and my wife is Canadian. Our I130 is pending and at NOA1 since June 2022. My wife would like to come visit for an extended period of time. I know Canadians can stay for up to 6 months. If she was able to come and stay for a few months, would that impact anything once we get to the interview stage? I read somewhere that they ask about previous trips.
