Are we able to do the police report early, before the 130 is approved? I think I read it needs to be less than 2 years old. If so, do we have them sent to us or somewhere else? -

Same here. I was expecting mine to go up because that is what I’ve been hearing here. But mine went from 2 months to 5 weeks. I know I know it’s not completely accurate. My PD is June 8th. -

If my spouse is visiting the USA during the consulate I130 visa process, is she able to complete her biometrics and medical here or does it have to be completed in her home country?
