Thanks for this great data set once more @mw & rg k1. Does the total decision after RFE: 55 mean they approved 55 only? Out of how many? I, like you, had hoped for a faster turnaround but alas no response yet. I remain hopeful for a NO2 this week 🤓.

how can you tell when they open and date your file?

I had my RFER a week ago (today is day 6). Will also update with (hopefully) approval. great idea to make a graph of it!

It seems to me that the RFE, RFER and approval turnaround time is faster this year than those from 2022 (as per the examples). So if I am interpreting the data correctly, RFE are adding about 3-4 weeks.

I included all that (minus letter from hotel), letters of intent and my bio page as proof of citizenship (though they said on the notice they had my passport so that was confusing😵‍💫).

For us, they asked for more proof of having met 2 years prior to filing, his letter of intent (had only submitted one, as per the now fired lawyer), and proof of citizenship for the USC. Hope that helps😊😊 now we wait nervously for an answer 😅

Congratulations! So happy for you. Been following your updates since the beginning and you have been a god sent. We also got an RFE (17 dec filer) and we sent in the docs on Friday and today message was updated to « evidence received ». Thought that was fast so hopefully they approve RFEs quickly since they are sending so many. Just wanted to share that extra bit. good luck to us all!

hello all...i have been a "lurker" on this site for a year which has kept me sane. Big thanks to all the people who did/do the data counting in each of the specific months. In this case, thanks to @mw & rg k1 for doing the december scans and ahead of time...i could follow when my week was up...anyway, all this to say that we got hit by an RFE on Friday so yay for being "touched" at all by USCIS. My question is: how long until I receive the letter? I am not at the address on file but we used a lawyer so I assume they will get the RFE as well? Based on my readings on this site, the RFE is likely to be about having sent one letter of intent (USC) and not from the fiance...but all this is guesswork... can't be the seeing each other since we lived in the same country un until a year ago.
