And in 24.a through 24.c I will mention "our" 3 years jointly tax Annual gross income and when I have to include my household income part 6 person 1, I will mention my wife's income... Correct?

That is what I want to know what tax info do I have to mention here? I filed taxes jointly with my wife. Her income is considered our household income now do I have to write here whatever the tax returns show our Annual Gross Income whether I am employed or unemployed or do I have to mention zeros because I don't have my individual income?

Hello there, I am a US citizen and I recently applied for my father's immigration in February 2023. My father is currently in Pakistan and USCIS approved the petition in January 2024. Yesterday, I received an update from NVC that they have created his case. I have a question regarding the I-864 form. I am currently unemployed and dependent on my wife. We both file tax returns jointly and I want to know who to include in the "3 most recent tax" (24.a)section of I-864, which requires the annual gross income. Should I put zeros in this section since I'm unemployed, or should I include my wife's annual gross income since we file tax returns jointly? Additionally, I discovered that I have to submit the I-864A along with my I-864 form because I'm using my wife as a household member's income to sponsor my father. Can you confirm whether this is correct or not? Thank you.

Hello Everyone I have a Question and update on my Father's petition. Last year on February 2023 I filed an I-130 for my father and after a year USCIS approved my petition in January 2024. Today NVC sent me an email update that they have created his case and I have to pay the online fees of AOS and IV. I want to pay the fee through my personal checking account however I am confused with the phrase "Business Name". What I should put here my bank name or something else? Please help me. Thanks!!

I tried to understand the process through the USCIS Website, but I want to know more about the steps and the consular process.
