DS-260 Mistake a week before interview.

My wife and I noticed a mistake on the DS-260 yesterday while going over all of the information. Her city of birth is wrong. Is this something anyone has experienced or has any type of knowledge in, and can tell me whether or not my wife can correct at the US Embassy the day of her interview? (Goes without saying that she does have her birth certificate with the correct city of birth). Thanks!
