I didn't think to list my wifes mothers addresses when she lived in Hong Kong and Malaysia. My question is would my wifes mother need to get the police clearance from the two countries for the interview on the manila embassy?
its the IR5 visa and was just recently DQ, Do i have to update it right away after the job should it go to the embassy?
In regards to informing them, is it pretty much just filling out a new i864 and doing the whole process over again?
Does anyone have a ballpark figure on the wait time when the manilla embassy will schedule an interview for my wifes mother via ir5 after being dq at nvc stage? Its kind of hard to find this information but i was curious if anyone would happen to know
I submitted documents to the nvc and they need more documents anyways I uploaded them last week how long can I expect to wait for there response? By the way anyone know how far out the Manila embassy interviews are right now? Cr5
We are close to scheduling the interview for my wifes mother. The problem is she cant find her vaccine records, could they administer those vaccines that are required at st lukes medical during the health exam? or is she going to have to get the vaccines herself
I havent gotten a full years of pay at my new job at UPS. When i submit the i864 would recent pay stubs be enough to show i can exceed? 2000$ gross * 26 pay periods is $52000 a year.
I am working right now my wife isn't and she is the one that peitioned. So i would have to do the joint sponsor option? Another possible issue is i started this job last year so i don't have a full years worth of income, however at the rate i am going i would exceedt he income requirement
Savings is over $30000
My wifes petition for her mother is in the NVC stage. My wife has been out of work for almost a year due to covid and giving birth. I havent stopped working. Yet we are household size of 4 and need income of 37500. Our tax transcripts for the last three years exceed that. However my job has been slow so far this year due to taking time off for moving and maternity leave. Anyways if my tax transcripts that i filed with my wife exceed 37500 each year should i be all set? I also have a savings which i can use to make the difference for the i864? Say income is 32000, and i have a savings of $30000 would that be sufficient enough?
My household size is 4 and it says i need 37500 for it. I make $34000 a year in this case could of savings of $10000 help me make the requirment? $34000 + $10000 savings would exceed the 125% needed?
We just moved to a new address and trying to update our addressor the uscis website but it gives me this

Our status says 4 months left estimate to decision just curious in the mean time what else can we submit to help? So far we submitted

2. Me and my wife marriage certificate
