    Hello guys, so my wife submitted the questionnaires last Monday and since then every day, we check the case we are seeing a new update on the date. The case's last update is today the 27th. Is it normal? What do these updates mean? Thank you, guys.

    I understand where you coming from. It is really brutal to separate families this way. I am the only one working, my wife got birth recently I have to work and support them over there. I pay 2 bills for everything. Plus the travel expenses between the two countries. So painful. Hopefully, you will hear good news soon.

    Do you guys know a good law firm to file WOF, does it has to be from my state? I live in MN can someone help me, please? We are so frustrated and I feel that whatever happened was not fair we are just being discriminated against because of our religious background.

    Hello everyone, I have read this thread multiple times, I feel for anyone going through this AP process after waiting long enough for the IL. Sadly my wife got AP for missing documents (police clearance from Kenya) and DS 5535. We were in shock, we are married for 2 years and we have a son. It is sad this happening after waiting this for 2 years for this process. What we can do in this matter? Also where we can send the missing document, the officer didn't tell her how she can send it. Thank you
