    it's just an estimate they give, if you check facebook groups most people received it with 60 days or less.

    I saw people from March 1 to 10 receiving case numbers, I think they started only sending cases from the beginning of March, and some from mid march I’m still waiting and hoping hear something by next week noa 2 March 5th
