Wondering if anyone can help answer a two part question I have.
1) When filing our I-130, we do so online, fully digital. We filled it all in on adobe. Including the signature. we did an electronic/digital signature. I am wondering if that will be accepted or cause for rejection.
I feel like it is worth noting that since filing on the 27/12/2021 we did receive a notice in the mail saying that they have received our case.
(Since filing, we also downloaded and printed our digital i130 docs and signed it with wet ink and re-uploaded as a "additional document" with an accompanying letter stating the fact.
2)Which brings me to my next question, Since filing on the 27/12/2021, the case status has NOT changed from "received and receipt sent". Is that normal? or should it have changed by now to "under review" or something of that nature? My case is at the Vermont Service Center.
Hope someone can shed some light on these question.
