    Hi, I have filed Form I-130 online for my spouse. Will I receive all notifications and notices online from now on, or will I still receive them in the mail?     Dashinka After getting married, my partner took on my last name. However, the marriage certificate still shows their previous last name, while their passport and ID reflect the name change (where it shows she took my last name). Thanks Nawaz Khan

    Hi, I plan to file a 1-130 form for my wife, who is a Pakistani national. However, after our marriage, she changed her last name on her passport and ID card, which means that the name on her marriage certificate and her passport/ID card does not match.
