Hello, My father in law is a permanent resident in UK but he has Romanian citizenship and passport. We are getting ready to complete the DS 160 for his visa application but I’m not sure what documents he will need to bring to the interview from Romania, the country of citizenship. Does anyone know? Also, does he needs a police report from Romania or just from UK? thx !

I’m aware of the fact that the CO has the ultimate world but my question if how long is it taking to get processed from the point we’re at till it gets there -
Hello, Our application for k1 was just approved by Uscis, does anybody have any idea how long is it going to take from now until the NVC approves the visa and sends it to the Us embassy? thank you!

Hello, What is the procedure to apply for a B1/B2 visa for tourist in the United States from Uk? My father in law is Romanian with residency and work permit in the United Kingdom and we are trying to get him in Us for our wedding. Hello, I submitted a petition for k1 visa for my fiancé from Romania. The case is in process but is taking longer than we expected. He tried to come to the USA with b1 visa but was denied, then tried to come with a work contract that was also denied, now while the k1 is processing he wants to go try again for b1 to come visit me and my parents. I’m just not sure if this is a good idea. Also, if it gets denied will there be any problem with the k1 interview ? Thx!
