Hello, My father in law is a permanent resident in UK but he has Romanian citizenship and passport. We are getting ready to complete the DS 160 for his visa application but I’m not sure what documents he will need to bring to the interview from Romania, the country of citizenship. Does anyone know? Also, does he needs a police report from Romania or just from UK? thx !

I’m aware of the fact that the CO has the ultimate world but my question if how long is it taking to get processed from the point we’re at till it gets there -
Hello, Our application for k1 was just approved by Uscis, does anybody have any idea how long is it going to take from now until the NVC approves the visa and sends it to the Us embassy? thank you!

Hello, What is the procedure to apply for a B1/B2 visa for tourist in the United States from Uk? My father in law is Romanian with residency and work permit in the United Kingdom and we are trying to get him in Us for our wedding. What documentation does he needs and what’s the procedure like in order to go to US embassy in Uk? thank you!
