    Married in Canada. Now thinking of moving to the US with wife. A Peace Bond is a Court Order to keep the peace and be of good behaviour for a specific time period. Accepting to enter into a Peace Bond is not an admission of guilt. There is no conviction registered and there is no finding of guilty, but there is an acknowledgement that the victim may have a concern for their safety. Following this, the charges are withdrawn

    Has anyone been denied/approved with a peace bond adjusting for status? My wife is American but I’ve been given a peace bond in the past. Would to understand what everyone’s experience is
