    Hello, my wife (U.S citizen) would like to apply for tourist visa to bring her sister and brother in law to the U.S, for a visit. We are in process of filling out the form and were not sure which option to select (attached screen shot). Its either the first option or second option shown, we are not sure what to choose.

    Why would the fact that she's a U.S citizen make approval more difficult?
