  1. The evidence that I have, I already sent in with my I-751 filing. The only other evidence that I can show is from sending her gift’s, money for bill’s, and food delivery. We have a car in both our name’s, and the two affidavits from her kid’s, we no longer have a joint account, nor authorized user’s on each other’s accounts. I want to add her to my pension, but I do not have her social security card anymore, and she say’s that pension’s are for loved one’s, so I have no way of adding her to it. I don’t know what else to do other than talk to Hacking as suggested.
  2. I don’t know if a lot of my questions and responses are being seen, I looked up trolling that the guy say’s he believes of me. I don’t know why he would think such, when I am baring my personal life with strangers in order to get answer’s and figure out which route to take, in order to receive an approval on my pending I-751. But to all who gave me considerate response’s, whether hopeful, or hopeless, thanks so much. And thanks so much for your best wishes, seems like I will really need them.
  3. The shelter that I lived in about a week or so advised me to file, and I told them to cancel it when we got back together, but I don’t know what the outcome was. I was reported for abuse on her in my country, but she did not cooperate with authorities. The VAWA was June of last year.
  4. We are both guilty, that’s why. She reported me before, but did not get me locked up.
  5. She want’s counseling, not me. And I am not sure of what might happen, anything can change, but I will be talking to a lawyer.
  6. I really don’t know what to do, I have never experienced this before. I want to get a lawyer now, before it is decided. No, I haven’t informed USCIS of my move, but since I have been gone for several month’s now, my wife has told me to contact them.
  7. My friend’s from other countries, that I work with have given me advice to file VAWA and I did, only I went back and we filed together after the filing of the VAWA petition.
  8. I told her that we should put everything in God’s hands, and see where he leads us. We are both unsure of the future, and even though it is very complicated right now, and she doesn’t trust me, I think that with time we might be able to overcome our problems and move forward whether we are together or not. Thanks for your responses!
  9. Will my chances be better for an approval, if I do everything you said, or will I be wasting my time?
  10. I don’t know what she will say really, but she will not lie, she’s a Christian, and wishes me well. No, it’s not for a green card, I won’t be filing for divorce.
  11. I do love my wife, we just have too many problems. She think’s that I was trying to use her, but I am not, she still wishes me well, she is older, and a Christian.
