My husband consulted a few lawyers for the same but they advised not to try it as you ll not be granted non immigrant visa. Though the present government proposed it in its new bill but the bill has been rejected Eagle Act if you want to know more about it

Hi Congratulations My DQ is April 2022. . I'm still waiting for my IL. Already received 5*60 day letters. Can anybody give me an idea how long to wait for my IL It's really painful for me and my daughter .
