What would happen if the visa expires? Would you start from the scratch again? Thanks a ton for your answers so far 🙏 -
I need some help if anyone has this information. My mom and dad both applied for IR5 while in India. My mom has received the immigrant visa with a validity to enter US but my dad’s interview date fir Mumbai hasn’t come in yet. Since they can only travel together, I need to extend my mom’s US entry date. How should I go about that? Any experience/information will be super appreciated
