Hi! I wonder, how long after payment was the scheduling option open to you? and how was the process at the end? I just paid ds160 yesterday and still locked for setting up appt.

Question 3a-c. does not apply to you. This only applies if the misbehaving of the petitioner was due to being battered, if not, these shall be left empty. My petitioner had several arrests due to misdemeanors for DUIs, we made sure to submit all of the arrest and court records from every court, with the certified copies of every court he was in before and the outcome and fines of each of them.
