Need help with filling affidavit of support

I’m a US citizen. I’m sponsoring my parents. I and my husband are students, we don’t have enough income, so my sister in law will be joint sponsor. I wonder what kinds of form we should fill out for Affidavit of support. So I will fill out I-864 for me and another I-864 for my sister. My question is does my husband need to fill out I-864A even his income is not enough?
