What is the advise from the community in regards to if you are married already and about to turn in an I-485 within a week or so about getting a SSN?

Hello, I got notice via email (K1-FTP) that my case was transferred to embassy overseas. A few of weeks later I received email that my fiancé can apply for visa application. Its been over a month and I still have not received NOA2 while the case is continuing. Should I be contacting USCIS for this letter? Does my fiancé need to furnish this letter along with NOA1 letter at the interview? Also checking case status on the USCIS website has not updated the case. It still marked as the case only being received which was a year ago. Thanks for your advice.

Hello, I was notified via email that the K1 visa petition has been sent to the U.S. Embassy. Does this count as NOA2? If not should the petitioner or beneficiary be receiving the NOA2 via in writing? Not sure if i should be waiting for paperwork to fill out or proceed. According to the letter the next steps should be to learn how to apply for the visa and prepare for the interview. Thanks in advance.
