  1. Hello. My husband lives abroad and may need to move. Does the USCIS online address change form work for the beneficiary as well? Does his address change even need to be notified to USCIS? I understand it's important if he were in the USA or if the sponsor moves. But I'm not seeing anything about a beneficiary living abroad. Any information helps
  2. Yes it is. USCIS explicitly says Hep B and not A, yes. But USCIS states "Any other vaccine-preventable diseases recommended by the Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices (ACIP)."   3. Hello. My husband is in a country where the hepatitis a vaccine is not available. We checked nearby countries and they don't have it either. I read if flu vaccines aren't avalible, the civil surgeon gives you a waiver. If the hep a vaccine isn't avaliable when he goes for the medical exam, should he be given a waiver for it too? Thanks
  4. Hello. We are trying to figure out which embassy to put on the I130 based on a few things. My husband is a Russian citizen but will soon become a tax resident for Georgia. The US Embassy of Tbilisi site states the embassy will interview citizens and residents of Georgia and Azerbaijan. It doesn't specify if you should be a legal, temporary, or tax resident. I'm guessing it doesn't matter, but does anyone know? If I mark Tbilisi as the embassy we want him interviewed at instead of Warsaw on the I130, would that be fine? Or could it be denied for being the incorrect embassy for Russian citizens? Or would the NVC/USCIS change it to Warsaw on their own? He can't even enter Poland right now, it's honestly not an option. Any advice helps.
  5. Hello. My husband and I recently got married and were told there could be slight spelling errors on the official translation of our marriage certificate. Our names are spelt and pronounced correctly in the native language of where we are, but the English spellings may be slightly off. For example, -ey endings instead of-ii endings. Can this cause an issue for our i130, if our translated names don't exactly match our names in our passports? Or will is there an understanding for names getting spelt wrong in translation? This is an official translation done through a government facility and they said they cannot guarantee our names will match their spelling in our passports.
  6. Thank you. If you know, since this is I130A, should I (petitioner) sign and date it or should my husband? I'm not sure since he lives overseas and does not need to sign I130A as it is. But if he did sign these pages and not the form, I am not sure if that would be suspicious.
  7. Hello. I am confused about something. My beneficiary needs multiple pages due to an extensive employment history and I do not want the form to be filled out wrong. 1. Part 7 Additional Information says that each sheet should be signed and dated. However, he lives overseas and does not need to sign I-130A as it is. So, who signs these additional pages? And where should the form be signed? There is no designated place. Is anywhere on the page fine? 2. What is Item Number referring to? Should he put 1-4b in there since those are the sections for employment info? Or just 1? Or if we break it up (since some employers have really long names) can we write it like 1-2d then 2e-4b in 2 boxes for one employer in the Item Number box? Sorry if this is scattered. Any help is appreciated.
  8. For the joint sponsors at the interview, do I and the joint sponsor both complete an I-134? Or Would an I-864A look better for my joint sponsor to use, since they are a household member and intent to help, even through my beneficiary's status adjustment. Or can we both do the I-134 and also present the I-864A to be safe? I really do not want any reason for a denial based on finances. My income will not be what is used to prove we can support my beneficiary since I do not make enough. Only my joint sponsor's income will be what matters. Any insight is appreciated.
  9. I am confused on the best way to write this. For my beneficiary's provinces, would it be best to write the translated name or the transliterated name? Here's an example: Name of region in Russian: Московская область Transliteration: Moskovskaya oblast' Translation: Moscow Oblast or, literally, Moscow Region Obviously I am not writing Московская область outside of where it asks for information in the native language. However, for everything else, which is best to put? My beneficiary thinks "Moscow Region" is best so immigration understands, but I think "Moskovskaya oblast'" is best because that's literally how you say the name of the region. Any thoughts? Has anyone else had to do something similar?
  10. Sorry just figured out how quote worked. I do need to use page 13, but where should the signature go? On the back? In the larger boxes after all the information is written? That's what I'm confused on. There isn't a box for signatures on page 13.
  11. Alright, but where on page 13 do you put the signature? I will be making copies of page 13.
  12. Hello. On page 13 for Part 8 it says "Type or print your name and A-number (if any) at the top of each sheet; indicate Page Number, Part Number, and Item Number to which your answer refers; and sign and date each sheet." Where do I write the date and signature? There is no box for it. After I write my additional information in the box 3.d., for example, do I sign and date at the very bottom inside this box?
