I talked with my work about this actually they said because sometimes a few projects take a while but we get paid in advance, I could finish it there but not get paid (IF I have smth left behind *cries*) so Im trying my best to not let that happen but if it happens they do need me to be finishing those and I feel like even if I would not get paid anymore I feel like its my responsibilty to finish what I started TT I feel that, I also have a 3 months notice, but luckily my rent is mega cheap it's only 360Euros *Germany has compared to US Idk about the UK* insaneeely cheap rent prices lol! And my apartment is so big me and fiance were fine and had plenty of space and my little kitten too! I probably will just start paying now a bit more and pay in advance :3 My fiance luckily said he will take care of the flight since I need to bring my kitten and I am not letting my kitten stay in the bottom plane with other animals QQ She comes with me on my lab or under my seat haha!

I just got a new job, so due that I am actually not that bound to this job, so it does make it quiet easier for me luckily, but I am sad it would take this long 😧 Can u do ur projects maybe when you are over there? (Home office / travel ? ) My job now offers home office only so I can actually finish all my projects at home and travel worst case scenario since it's a big company it makes it also nice that they have a site in America too >< maybe ur job has the same? TT That way could finish ur projects maybe? I do think with this speed , if they keep it up and they seem to improve every month a little bit, we prolly have our visa on hand by January! (Christmas seems so unbelievable but I would be SO happy!!!)

LOL! I feel that I thought I won't be with my fiance until end of summer 2024!! He was just here for a month, left today, I was super sad, but now seeing those numbers, I feel like I can be with him at around January! ❤️ I looked for Germany Embassy seems like appointsments are extremly fast, not much of a backlog for US/GER embassies So I think if we would actually get approved by October, I'd expect it around until Visa in hand around January, otherwise Feburary~ I hope the same for u!! It would be nice if we get approved at the same time :3

My Medical is the same city as my embassy...I heard getting a medical there is luckily only like 30 days and it seems like the interview should also only be 30day wait so that's pretty quick, I highly doubt Germany/UK have a lot of people for the US Embassy...compared to like Philippines or like China etc :0 I think at least ><

Honestly I am more worried about the fact I put my wrong embassy in there, they only do trade issues, not interviews...but I heard in Germany, Frankfurt or Berlin do them anyway so everything goes there anyway wish someone had insight for me about this 😧 I was told if we contact USCIS and they change it, it could delay our process my fiance called them DX ... big oofs

This right here and I have seen people on FB literally say and I don't just mean 1-2 cases...they got an RFE and just ignored everything because they were too lazy to inform them that they'd cancel the K1 route. Stuff like that makes me always so furious...and then they go ahead and ask : so I found someone else outside the US I want to bring over, can I re-file for an K1...? And I am like dude what...at least inform them! People seriously are quite something else. Wishing for us all a speedy approval soon ❤️

I feel u here!!! I am getting super duper excited! Mine went to all the way from 2024 January to NOW NOA2 eta : 13th December 2023! At this rate it'll not be November like expeced, but October! ❤️ I am so happy! Very hopeful USCIS keeps doing this great! I want to be with my fiance like everyone else wants to be with their fiance/fiancee so badly TT ❤️ I am lucky he is staying with me rn and I stay with him in 3 months 1 month but ahhhrghhh!! The distance still sucks!! I want to be able to have a normal schedule every day XD and not wake up at 2am everytime to spend time too haha!! What we do for our loves ❤️ I wish us ALL speedy approvals :3

At this point November actually seems realistic for October fillers for for November , December and so on, always only a month delayed! I HOPE USCIS KEEPS GOING! Q_Q Don't have more storms etc happening We love us good numbers haha, I will bring them all cookies for doing so well as motivation! or cake !

I absolutely agree... it's like u are already dating online..but also marrying online..? Like 😧 it's supposed to be the most important day in the life of a wife (even husband) how can u accept that online 😧 Im happy we went k1 because we still have arguments and other stuff and we know that we will wait another year or even 2 where we have time to figure things out, and sort them out, and look exactly what we were hoping for, happened. We work out stuff together way smoother now, and we are more than ever now ready for marriage :3 I think waiting has seriously it's pluses I also live I guess in a place that's very secured (Germany) so like I know I don't have to ever rush haha actually so many call me crazy moving to America to my fiance because they're like Germany is such a safe country XD haha Regardless honestly I think waiting while being in a K1 visa isnt that bad because those 2 years u can learn still a lot about each other

I so feel this! We are 9 hours apart, luckily we see each other every 2-3 months, he's coming to see me again in 7 days for 4 weeks, and I will go over end of august for 4 weeks, and hopefully by then we are super close to our approval or RFE (No denials here u hear me USCIS haha) but it STILL is SO hard...Let alone you know each and everyone has their own lifes, u can't be part of it. When your S/O goes to see his parents, can't tag along, friends, can't tag along it really does pull on ones mental a bit sadly, but we got this, SOON I BELIEVE! Honestly if they are able to touch March soon here, I won't be surprised if we get approved early Nov So let's hope!! ❤️ I know it's painful trust me So what happens to Jan when the JAN fillers are 60% they'll work on FEB? :3

Honestly that is the best decision of USCIS yet. I can honestly see that the whole process got delayed people people took their sweet butt time with the response of RFEs which WILL delay everyones time, because they also have to wait for a response, and then REOPEN the case later on, that's a lot more time trouble than when someone gets approved. Rough bless though they did give a time limit now. Cheers for that.

About the processing stats is what I have also been wondering about, like what is going on there. About the processing times, I do think it'll reduce mid year at the current speed to maybe 13Months, I am assuming it hit 16 months because of the 2 months last year that were still very very slow....I am more concerned about the RFE situation. If someone can wait 2 months to fill out the RFE, that is where it'll get critical if everyone is gonna do it slow, it'll delay the time overall again correct?

The people who got an RFE have a timeline as well, and I feel like the later you fill out ur RFE / fill the requirements the worse it kinda looks...? Like if you missed a tick and u take 2 months really makes you question a lot haha. Yeah I feel like I am assuming they'll start in the next 1-2 weeks March at this paste...welp.... It's good for everyone who is a late filler(I'm an oct filler right) but still wish everyone would be approved! TT ❤️

If they keep doing that, they definitely hit their 6-8 months end of the year...for 60% 😕 but at the cost of the other 40-30% left behind being longer...I guess that's one way to hit their goal? Just not a fair one

I think the sad part about that is that everyone who filled maybe in 2021 or end of 2021 is going to have that struggle now sadly. I think people who filled in 2022 will get their approval faster but since 2021 was tough with covid, those cases might be longer due more checking I wonder. I see a lot of people actually on FB saying they couldn't meet or were barely hitting the 2 year last seen in person meeting...that all affects it. I think the 2022 fillers and 2023 are going to get information like the sheets tell us, but for the october nov dec 2021 it might be harder 😕 Sadly...
