So I initially received the 36 month extension for my wife mid-end of January and today, I received another NOA this time for 48 months. Looks like they really are sending out 48 month notices for everyone even if you got a shorter extension before.

Thanks for the responses! I didn’t realize there is such a gap as I am assuming those in this thread that already got biometrics aren’t California?

For those that are receiving notices that biometrics have been waived or fingerprints were taken, is anyone WAC? I have heard CA tends to be slow but i got my 36 month letter 1/26? and nothing else updated after that. Thanks!

Here is our timeline: - Shipped out package 1/17 - Delivered on 1/19 to Phoenix lockbox - Got the text message on 1/23 - NOA received 1/25 for 36 months I thought we might be getting the 48 month letter but we ended up with the 36 month.
