Hi Aluvaboy, So theoretically I thought if an I-130 is forwarded to National Visa Center the interview will be scheduled soon despite the category. Is that a wrong assumption then? I had filled I-130 in 2019. I-130 got approved in 2023. Got notice saying it has been forwarded to NVC. So although it has been forwarded to NVC, do I still have to wait (13-4) 9 more years for NVC to schedule her interview?

I am a U.S. Citizen. I had filed I-130 for my unmarried sister (203(a) (4) INA ). The I-130 recently got approved and forwarded to National Visa Center. If she gets married before NVC schedules her interview, is there a chance that she gets to interview together with her husband to come to U.S. together?
