    Thank you. Noa1 is July 18 2022. So this is the first notification we get in almost a year 🙌🏻. just wondering if they are officially working on our case since they changed the DOB

    Hello everyone. my Noa1 is July 18th and today as July 15 we realized our case status changed to “date of birth was updated”. Does anybody has experienced the same? Or knows if this means they are working on our case and it shouldn’t be that much longer to receive an answer? we are glad they updated the birthdate because we were aware we made a small mistake and I guess they fixed it 😊. Anyways if someone understand what to expect or shares the same experience! thank you in advance

    I’m also expecting NOA2 in August, we forgot to send my letter of intent. So I’m also expecting RFE(which is obviously going to make the process at least a month longer). Anyways, I think if you did The background of yourself and showed like there’s nothing out there then you shouldn’t worry about it, I wish you good luck with the process and hope you do not good but RFE but an approval! Thanks for sharing

    Hi everybody!… Anyone would like to share their own experience about receiving an RFE or denial after filling I-129f for the K-1 visa. As far as I understand RFE or denials happen when we get the “NOA2”. Some of us make mistakes when filling the I-129f and sending the package with all the documentation( mostly missing documents). I created this topic to hear from your point of view, even if you are still waiting for your NOA2 it will be really helpful information. thank you all and Good luck!
