    Hi, I filed an I-130 form for my mom, which was approved but now I need to file form I-824 to have USCIS send The approval of the form to the NVC. So on form I-824, on Part 2, I would have to click Option 1d, but now, where do I sign? Am I the applicant on page 4-5? please help. thank you
