  1. Yes indeed I must give you a brief summary of our case As you know we have known each other since 2017 and have visited seven times before she decided to sell her house in the states and move to live with me since 2020 until now and we did not get married until four years had passed and when we got married we did not apply for visa procedure until two years after the marriage also we bought a house and a car everything is documented, so among the evidence that we gave to the immigration office are all these things that I mentioned and this is what I meant by the story like "Mine". So now what advice would you give us since I told you the basics of our story should we find a remotely job since she is still in the states or just contacting companies to show intention of establishing domicile? Thanks 🙏🎖️
  2. Have you seen cases like mine got finally good end? Do you suggest for her to find a job and work remotely from Morocco? Cause she doesn't want to stay alone while waiting for the visa it can take tow 6-8 months I assume from the last stage
  3. Thanks for the fast reply She actually went to work on the domicile and get back to me while waiting for the visa to be done. Is it bad that she is not meeting the requirements income and retired? Or having a joint Sponsor covering this matter (I have seen cases got visa in hand while both were living abroad).
  4. Hello everyone 👋 Please we are at the stage NVC I'm the beneficiary my wife is us citizen she is retired her income is not meeting the requirements/we found a joint sponsor 1.First thing My concern is does she need to file only the form I-864 and collect the income evidence plus the SSA (Social security treatments) since she is retired ,showing her monthly incomes plus the w2 and tax transcripts? Or does she need to file out the form i-864w ? (Cause a lady in one group said to me since your wife retired she need to file I864W) 2. Second thing Is it because she is retired and her income is not enough that makes the case difficult and the immigration department considers this a reason not to grant the visa or does the joint Sponsor cover all of the above mentioned? For reference, my wife was working with a good salary in America and when we met she decided to leave and live abroad with me in my country for 5 years until now. She traveled back to America to prepare to live there again and among the things she did is trying to work on domicile and find a job,she received many offers. Is this considered good for the case? Please provide some advice. Thank you. @JeanneAdil @Crazy Cat @pushbrk
  5. I always liked your answers thanks a lot Responding to what might the officer say about her divorcing the ex it's been 7 years now meeting each other she moved abroad the states and stay with me almost 5 years now we spent 3 years before we got married and waited 2 years before we filled for visa I mean if it was just for that things would look happened faster and there is no set up But yes I agreed an ex doesn't seem like a friend or family blood , but I'm convinced with what you said thank you again. I just have to dig and find another person ...
  6. @JeanneAdil you're always there thanks I'm little confused Cause it's not obligation for her to be working while trying to get your visa in hand the USCIS giving option by finding a joint sponsor but I do agree if she is working it will make the chances higher I'm just concerned about her ex as a sponsor will it be a problem or not thanks
  7. @pushbrk hello sir👋 I need your opinion on this matter Thanks in advance 🎖️🙏
  8. @Crazy Cat some others in FB groups says it's fine as long as the NVC does not says he need to be this or that it says only family members or friends it's so open...🙄🤔🤔🤔
  9. Hello everyone 👋 We're in the second stage of the process cr1 visa At the NVC stage ,trying to find a joint sponsor My wife is retired she is an American (petitioner) living with me abroad the states for 5 years now and her income is not enough to sponsor me , her ex husband still a good friend with her , he offered to be the sponsor for the visa is this ok with the Immigration officers or it might rise and eyebrow 🤔 Should we find someone else or it's ok Please anyone can give us an answer thank you.
  10. Thank you Meme, I appreciate you When do you think the I 791 notice comes?
  11. Hello everybody , As you know, I have completed the application procedures And when I checked, I discovered the error in the physical address field. I put the old address where I lived the first time I came to Morocco, and not my current physical address. Some advices, please. Thank you.
  12. Thank you , for the answer I appreciate you 2. No her retirement is insufficient 906/month $10,872 a year She has son living with us so we're 3 household related to the chart of USCIS requireing $31,000 So we're down by $20,128 this amount times 3 = $60,384 Is this how they calculate it if we have this amount do we have to find joint sponsor just to be secured?
  13. Amine 🙏 What about the NVC stage; 1.Does she need to go back to the states while the visa pending and we don't know how long it will take from that Stage as prove of domicile? 2.do we have only to get list of evidence as library card , drive license, vote record, bank account ect...? 3.what about the USC income, she is retired and she has assets as money at the bank more than 70k would that get us through or we still need a Joint sponsor?
