    About to start the process and had a question about "Police Certificates for all countries where the petitioner lived more than 1 year". Other than the certificate from Spain, did you need to do the FBI background check as well? I have one from September, but not sure if its too old now.

    Hello, I have a short notice job relocation offer with a letter and contract. But if I use this letter for my spouse's DCF visa process, am I bound to the job? If I decide to take a different offer, could I have problems? I'm assuming they just use the letter to decide if we qualify for DCF and then it's irrelevant, but I want to be sure.
