My mother petitioned me on a F2A family-based visa a long time ago. I was unmarried but had a partner and 2 kids throughout the petition. My green card was granted and I immigrated in 2013 with my 2 kids. in 2017 I married the father of my children, whom I had always had a relationship with. I'm concerned because he has his interview coming up at the embassy in Peru and he will (has to) talk about and show evidence of our relationship since it started. Am I at risk if they figure out that I immigrated on a F2A visa and was not single, although legally unmarried.
