Yes, i have received my Greencard a few weeks after i had the appointment

Just wanted to give an update. I had my biometrics appointment today since the last one was cancelled due to Hurricane Idalia. They took a photo of me and wanted my Signature. No Fingerprints. I checked the USCIS case tracker and it says my case is being actively reviewed. I'm a bit confused as to what they're reviewing. Just finally send me my Greencard 🙄 this gives me Flashbacks since it took them 13 months in the first place to review my case...

Hello everyone, My Greencard was approved back in April and i am in the US since May. The USCIS case status tracker said that my Greencard was produced on July 9th. Since then i have not received my Greencard. Today i got a Notice of Action in the Mail with an invitation to a Biometrics appointment. I asked the USCIS Emma Chat what was going on and they told me that card production has failed and i need to come in for the Biometrics. What is going on? What does that mean card production has failed? Did somebody experience that?

I got DQ'ed on February 10th,2023 and I'm currently waiting for the date of the Interview. Anyone else here who is gonna have the Interview in Vienna? Does anyone know the current wait times for Vienna? Also can someone please explain to me how exactly that works? The NVC makes the appointment with the Embassy for me, i get that. But how do they do it? Do they contact the Embassy every Day and tell them all the cases that have been approved on this Day, and then they get dates? Do they contact the Embassy once a Month and then they get dates? Thank you

I'm at NVC Stage and received an RFE for Proof of domicile. I uploaded the Documents on 01/23/2023 and am currently waiting to get (hopefully) documentarily qualified. I uploaded a Statement from the joint sponsor that me and my Husband will have a place to live/Adress with Family. I just realized that the joint sponsor dated the Statement with 2013 instead of 2023. Is this going to be reason for another RFE?

I am very much aware that my Attorney made a Mistake and i am more than angry about it. I still would like to know if anyone can tell me if my Documents for proof of domicile are enough.

Hello everyone, Yesterday we got an RFE from NVC: both messages at the exact same time. The first one said that the case does not meet the income requirements and we should add a joint sponsor. The second message said that they want us to upload proof of domicile. We have a joint sponsor added, and they accepted all of the Documents that we uploaded. What does that mean? Do we have to find another joint sponsor? Is our joint sponsors income and assets not enough? Why did they accept the Documents then? As for proof of domicile, i told our Attorney several times to upload proof of domicile but he insists that i need this by the time of the interview and not now. He wants to send an inquiry to NVC on Monday because he thinks they're wrong. I highly doubt they're wrong with this. All I'm worried about is that we do not have enough proof of domicile. My Husband has been outside the US with me since 6 Years. All we have is proof of him looking for Jobs in the US, a Statement from his Mom that we will live with her and have our adress there, and a Statement from my Husband that says that he will move to the US as soon as i have my Greencard. Is that actually enough proof? I was gonna send all the tax transcripts of the last 3 Years but the Attorney told us this is not proof of domicile. I don't know what else we could upload.
