For some reason I was thinking the embassy might be faster but I was wrong. This requires patience otherwise someone can go crazy. And when they come to the US another waiting game. God help us and good luck everyone.

I have been attaching my i767 every time I inquire but they say not yet received. Did send again yesterday with my approval hope to get the case number and invoice. Anyway good to know it is not ctry based. Good luck everyone.

Hi, Am also from Ug. Thought that feb approvals had gotten their case numbers/invoice but eh..surprised. I was approved in March on the 21st, still waiting. Send them an email every week. Looks llike I have seen some March approvals given case numbers/invoice. Not sure what NVC is considering but disappointing. Thinking some countries are given priority compared to others. Good luck.

NVC replied to my post that I sent yesterday at 8:30am, responded 3:47 pm that case not yet received.

I did last week, not yet received. Will send them next week.

I have not yet heard from NVC. NOA 2 3/21/2023. Let me know if u hear back please. I will update incase I do hear back.

Hi everyone, just an update. I logged into my Uscis account and saw my approval as below. I was getting depressed seeing other people being approved and not mine so decided to quit social network until today I was tempted to check. God is great. I pray every one waiting to get their approvals asap. I did not get RFE. Am so happy. Just thanking the almighty for this precious day. Can’t wait for my fiancé to hold his baby in his hands. Stay strong everyone. God bless.

Good for you both. My PD is 12/9/2021, nothing new on my case. Just shows case was received. Very disappointing and makes me cry but anyway everything happens for a reason. Anyone waiting stay strong and Good luck . Congratulations to the ones that have been approved.

Someone on Reddit posted that they attached someone else’s documents in his/her case. I think Uscis is doing a lot of errors, hope they find a solution coz this is not great.

I think it’s a mistake. Looks like they are doing a lot of errors while trying to speed up the cases. Your PD is 4 days ahead of me. This RFE/RFIE is freaking me out since we have waited for a while and then the request evidence. Hope I hear something soon. It’s ridiculous. Good luck

My friend visited while the spouse had already submitted i130 and he was allowed with no issues. If it’s a short stay I don’t think it will be a problem. Good luck

I did get a RFE because I had not attached any pics even if i grew up with my fiancé and studied with him preschool and elementary. Submitted June 2020, RFE May 2021, submitted letters from family members, schools, neighbors, friends in June 2021, denied November 2021. I waited for the case for a long time, decided to go be with my fiancé in September/October 2021 while waiting for the uscis decision. In November 2021, they denied my case so I decided to file fresh December 10th 2021 and still waiting for their response since I had photos, airticket etc from my visit in September/October, also ended up getting pregnant so I attached doctor’s letter, pregnancy scan etc. fyi: uscis follows meeting within 2 yr policy. Better to file again instead of wasting your money to submit more evidence. Find a way to meet with your fiancé and get evidence/photos. Good luck.

Hi, I also applied June 2020 and never attached photos since I did not have them. I grew up with my fiancé, studied with him pre and elementary school. I got RFE in May 2021 (requested both families to write letters, our former schools, local people in the area submitted June 2021 and got denied in November 2021). I decided to go visit my fiancé in September 2021 to October 2021 since I was tired of waiting for uscis feedback. When I came back from my trip and received denial in November 2022, I was told to appeal if I wanted to proceed. I did alot of research on YouTube and friends, decided to reapply with photos and also found out I was pregnant, attached scan for pregnancy, 50 photos etc. It is really hard to prove a rship with no photos but every case is different. Update me incase you get any feedback and good luck.

I-129f mailed with UPS on 12/8/2021 overnight uscis Texas received 12/9/2021 check cashed 12/14/2021 letter with case number received 12/18/2022 fyi: filed i129f in 2020 and it was denied since I had no photos (for some reason I had no photos at all with him yet we studied preschool and elementary together, -I wish Uscis knew that some people have no photos together especially Africa or 3rd world countries, we never had phones while growing up. Anyway it was resolved) they requested evidence but sent in letters from friends, family etc and it was denied. Resubmitted again for same person with 50 photos that I took when I went for the trip and thus ended up getting pregnant and my baby girl is 7 months on Monday Jan 23rd 2023. It’s been hard but am happy my mum and bro are helping me. Been off work ever since she was born, resigned from my previous job since they couldn’t add me more months after the 3 months FMLA. Will start a new job in late February. God willing my fiancé comes quickly but at this moment it’s a waiting game as everyone. Good luck to everyone.
