Hi, same thing happened with my parents. They had their interview, told everything is good they should get passport back within 14 days now my dads case is showing as refused under administrative processing and my mom got passport back without visa. In your boat too, just wondering what to do now

Hi All, I applied for my parents immigration visa and they had an interview with Islamabad embassy in Feb 2021, at that time they were told they are good and their passport will be returned in 14 days. The passports never arrived and now my dad case is refused under administrative processing and my mom’s passport just got back without a visa or refusal letter. What do I do in this situation. I have email them and inquire but no response.
