    Interesting apparent uptick in May cases that appear to pending. Are those likely cases that have been expedited or is it possible that they're the whole way out that far with standard processing? Seems like they're just all over the place with what is being processed.

    Me again. And, again, I apologize if this is covered in detail elsewhere. With many of us likely to be processed within the next few months, would it be advisable to have my fiancé obtain the required police report now? Since they're good for 12 months I would assume we'd be safe to get this now, especially in the event that there is a delay with obtaining the report. Am I on the right track with that thought? Is that what most of you have done?

    Thanks! I guess my concern outside of whether or not I needed the new form is if they'd be skeptical if all of my financial letters and data are from April 2023 and my I-134 form is filled out and dated, for example, August 1, 2023. Or is that normal to be off by a few months? Just not trying to give any reason for denial or extra evidence needed. I'm far and beyond above the income thresholds but just don't carry big balances anywhere (yay student debt repayments) so trying to be as compliant as possible and provide the best info. Thanks!

    Apologies if this is covered elsewhere (I'm sure it is!) but we are May 2022 filers and waiting with you all. At what point should we prepare the I-134? I see that the current form expires 7/31/2023 so not really sure if we should complete it and get all of my necessary financial records now or wait until we have our NOA2? Thanks!
