  1. I just received a second notice of action. There is no change in my documents tab. Hopefully, this evening or tomorrow I will receive my approval.
  2. Congratulations, it seems like June is finally the primary focus.
  3. @esme2604 It seems a lot of people are conflicted on whether to upload more evidence. Some claim it’s better to upload as much information as possible. Others claim that it’s better to provide the minimum amount of information and then respond to the RFE as needed. I tend to lean towards uploading pertinent information depending on your case and circumstances. At the end of the day if something can really help your case why not upload it to avoid a RFE. I think you need to go with your to decide if the evidence is worth uploading.
  4. Yea you would think with elections coming up the current administration would atleast try to prove they are able to handle legal immigration.
  5. If it took 3 days to complete 1 business day the average I-130 application would move to over 2 years. That’s probably slower than what we were during COVID.
  6. Do we have any other approvals from June yet? It feels like the dates are random so far. I’ve seen approvals the first week of June and the 22nd of June. Has anyone picked up on a pattern or order?
  7. @pushbrk and @SalishSea thanks for giving me some additional considerations as I type up my request.
  8. I was hoping my son who is a USC would be the person identified with a hardship. Since his primary caregiver needs assistance.
  9. Hello Everyone, Is this a valid reason for an expedite request at the NVC level? Can anyone think of any details or supporting evidence I should provide to strengthen my expedite request? My wife and I recently had a child in Feb of 2024. However, my wife has been struggling with depression and she is unable to receive assistance from her family members so I the petitioner had to go to my wife's country to provide assistance. My wife has been provided a prescription for postnatal depression and I have to assist with childcare. Our child is a US citizen and has received his CRBA certificate and passport. I have to return to the States for a work conference but my son will need to continue to receive care. My company has invested significant resources into this event and I must be there. I can provide my wife's medical records, and my itinery for my business trip. I will be unable to care for my child during this business trip but my wife needs assistance as well. My son and I are both US citizens. If it helps my wifes case will be going to the US embassy in Lagos Nigeria.
  10. Agreed, it’s a subset of the population. I’m not sure where Trackmyvisa gathers their data. But, I tend to look at the available information and come up with the best forecast I can. Only USCIS knows what cases they are working on. Based, on the available data I do not believe it’s far fetched to believe that June cases will be the primary focus in the coming weeks.
  11. According to Lawfully March 2024 for the TSC has only had a .14 increase from the previous week. Whereas June has had a .27% increase. Hopefully they will get to us soon since the attention is shifting from May. According to Lawfully March 2024 for the TSC has only had a .14 increase from the previous week. 12. Has anyone who submitted their i130 application in the first week of June 2023 received an update on their application?
  13. @Lizeth C you have to go to https://www.uscis.gov/ then enter live agent during USCIS office hours. I would suggest trying between 9:00 - 4:00 PM EST. You will need to enter your receipt number.
  14. I was able to speak to a live agent via the Emma chat. My case has had no movement. I am still at the Texas service center. Hopefully, July will be our month!
  15. Congratulations @enitsirhc thank you for sharing. Hopefully the is an indicator that the timeline section in VisaJourney is not up to date. I still see May 11th for TSC.
  16. Any update from anyone yet? I know May had more applications then June so there is likely going to be some delay.
  17. We made it to the week in June! I am praying, we will start to see some approvals!
  18. How long is it taking to get a interview letter once you are documentary qualified? Do the interviews occur in Abuja and Lagos? Is Abuja considered quicker?
  19. June 19th 2023 filer. I received my first NOA on the same day. My case has a status of actively reviewing it since Aug 24th, 2023. My progress currently says 2 weeks. We are hopeful but planning for 2-3 more months of waiting. Hopefully, USCIS will prove us wrong!
