Hello everyone, I’m a US citizen. I applied 2 cases for my parents —IR5. We are collecting documents in NVC stage. I and my husband are students, we don’t have enough income to support my parents, so my sister in law will help with that, she is a single.
I wonder what kinds of form we should fill out for Affidavit of support. So I will fill out I-864 for me and another I-864 for my sister. My question is whether I need to fill out I-864A for my husband or not?
