I am not sure what is the issue with what I already sent . Like what should I change!!

I got RFE for I-130 saying: The beneficiary, XXX, on Form I-130 must submit a properly completed and signed Form I-130A, Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary. All pages must be present and of the latest edition. The latest edition of Form I-130A can be found at the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov" I filed I-130A electronically using new edition and signed it. Has anybody else got the same RFE and any idea what could be the reason?
