Nevermind, I found my solution from my last filed I765 using my CA passport. All set!

Hi VJ In completing form I-765, I have a question for: Part 2 (Information about Your Last Arrival in the United States) Question 21.b Passport Number of Your Most Recently Issued Passport Since my last entry to the US, I have become a Canadian citizen, they mailed me the Canadian passport but I have never used it nor entered the US with it. My other current passport is still unexpired and is associated with my F-1 status, OPT, I-94 etc. So should I put down information with my newest issued Canadian passport here for this question? Will this cause any confusion? Thank you!

Hopping on this too as this is very helpful to understand: So one cannot file using a copy of the 2022 tax return form + W2s + employment letter + paystub to indicate 2022 income, until April 15 2023? I was originally thinking for filing in Feb, the following documents would be supplied along with I-864: 2022 Tax Return Information (including 2022 IRS Tax Return Copy, 2022 W-2, Form 1099) Paystubs last 6 months Employment letter 2021 IRS Tax Return Transcript 2020 IRS Tax Return Transcript (Posting here because OP brought up a relevant point don't know if I need to start own thread)

Hi VJ, new here but I've been self-educating on a lot of the posts and preparing our AOS application package (from F-1). We are planning to concurrently file in February (as soon as we receive 2022 Tax documents). However, in light of recent proposal for fee increase, we are a bit wary whether our application will be rejected if there is a fee increase AFTER we send our the application package. I.e. if we send out applications package in February but our case is starting to get processed in March, will the fee increase still be applicable after the final decision to increase? Has anyone had similar experience with this from the last fee increase in 2020? Thank you for your input!
