    Just checked my case status now and I noticed the date change as well the noticed letter below. Case Last Updated: 04-Mav=2023 A U.S. consular officer has adjudicated and refused your visa application. Please follow any instructions provided by the consular officer. If you were informed by the consular officer that your case was refused for administrative processing, your case will remain refused while undergoing such processing. You will receive another adjudication once such processing is complete. Please be advised that the processing time varies and that you will be contacted if additional information is needed. For more information, please visit TRAVEL.STATE.GOV or the website for the Embassy

    Hi how are you doing today? Just want to keep posted with my case…. The documents requested of me has since been submitted but my case status remains as “refused” also I observed the note below changes as well from request for documents to administrative processing. So my question is how long would it take for my case status to change since last update date keep changing but status never changes

    Hello I had my interview April 14th then I forget to take with my my original birth certificate but we complete the interview and the visa officer told me everything is fine with my case but she need me to provide the original copy of my birth certificate via the mailbox service indicated in the letter but my case status still show refused after the document has been submitted. Any suggestion will be appreciated

    I had my interview on Friday everything was going well… until it get to my birth certificate and police report area. First am not a Dominican by birth but a resident holder in DR for 9yrs now which I presented my Dominican Republic police report as well an old police report I got from my country years back including print out my birth certificate. The visa officer told me categorically that not is wrong with my application only she needed updated police report from my home country as well original copy of my birth certificate that the two should send to them via mailbox once I have it also with my passport back.

    I think am having exact problem here... I got my application approved since January 5th also have fill out my DS-160 forms but each time I tried to schedule interview I was asked to provide the NVC number with DOS which I don't have... I will appreciate if anyone can assist me with means to contact NVC to request for my NVC number

    I just check now and this is appears Your case status is unavailable at this time. We are working to get you accurate information as soon as possible. on case history is shows this Case Was Approved

    My K1-Fiance Visa Application was approved last month and each time I tried to schedule my appointment it won't let me do so because of IV Case Number/Dos Number which cannot be located on my approval letter.

    Help! My K1-Fiance visa has been approved also have completed my DS-160 form but i cannot schedule interview because of IV Case Number and DOS Number. Anyone with helpful information. Please.
