I'm getting exactly the same issue. I can't update my timeline with the date NVC received our petition. It's saying it took too long which is exactly what happened; it took 91 days from the approval date!

It’s really unacceptable that USCIS made you wait for 90 days. The worst part is you don’t even know when they will send your petition to NVC. It’s not right that after waiting for 14-15 months for our approval now we have to deal with our approved petitions being held as “hostage” at USCIS. I think you are too nice. Call them as many times as needed, until you get to talk to a Tier 2 representative. Probably they will tell you that it will take 30 days until Tier 2 representative contacts you, but insist that somebody calls back immediately because it’s an urgent matter. I know that they will do it, you just have to be persistent.
I had to deal extensively with USCIS because of my mom’s Naturalization and I have learned all about how to insist on your right. They know nothing about the law and also what’s on their website. You need to point it out to them.
I am so fed up with USCIS for their incompetence and lack of knowledge.
I really hope you hear something soon! It’s not fair to you.As soon as I reach my 60 days, I am going to contact USCIS. Another 5 days for me…..
I'm somewhat stunned but today we received an email from NVC saying they'd received our petition from USCIS and it was now waiting for data entry into their system.

Have you tried contacting USCIS and asking to talk to a Tier 2 representative? Possibly asking for a service request?
We've tried that and the " live chat operative " cut us off twice. No idea how to get past this. We are now outside the USCIS timeline and still not getting any information from them as to where our petition is. We were approved February 1, 2023.

Hey guys. My case package was shipped by NVC and is "In Transit". According to DHL tracking, it will reach the consulate next week. Can I go ahead and schedule the interview or should I wait for the letter that NVC sends after it reaches the consulate? Thanks.
I think it depends which country your consulate is in.

Hey Aren and Mark,
NOA 02/23/2023 here. I sent an inquiry to NVC this past weekend and I received my NVC case number today. I'm sending another one for the invoice ID number as well. I recommend asking EMMA (USCIS) if they sent out your case to NVC. If the response is yes, ask them what day they sent out your case.
Thank you for the suggestion. We've tried all those lines of inquiry i.e. online form, EMMA, live chat, phone calls etc. In our case we've found USCIS haven't sent our petition to NVC although they stated they were going to do so on our NOA2 dated Feb 1.
Regarding the online inquiry to NVC and reports of receiving a case number shortly after, the conclusion we've come to having monitored all such claims over the last few months is that there is no correlation; it's just coincidence. -

Is the wait time 90 days now?
The response that I got from NVC mentioned that if I don’t hear from NVC within 60 days of approval, then I can send them my approval notice.
When I called USCIS they also told me the same thing, to call back after 60 days so they can submit a service request for me.
I really hope you hear from them soon! 83 days is a long time to wait…..The wait time quoted depends on which way you do the inquiry from what I can see. The automated responses mention 30 to 60 days. The more personalized mention that 3o to 60 days are quoted but it's now more like 90 days.

Have you tried emailing them your approval notice after 60 days?
It’s been 48 days since my approval and NVC hasn’t received my petition either. Every time I make an inquiry they send me the same generic response. I am just waiting until it’s 60 days so I can email them the the notice of approval so they can request my petition from USCIS.
Have you tried contacting USCIS and inquiring why they haven’t sent your petition to NVC?We have contacted both USCIS and NVC and got the usual generic responses. We also called USCIS and managed to speak to a human but found out after he was just a tier 1 operative i.e. just answers queries from a check list of answers in front of him. We should have asked to go to tier 2 but it's unlikely that would have worked because we are still within the 90 day period. We finally got a response from NVC with a request for a copy of our 797. NVC are now supposedly asking USCIS where our petition is. There is the usual 30 day wait before we can progress with further inquiries.
In addition to all of this we have contacted our local politician in SC who has also put a request in to USCIS. But again there is the 30 day waiting period! -
We're at 83 days since our NOA2 Feb 1 and still no news that NVC has received our petition.

Any other Feb NOA2 received their case numbers from NVC?
I'm starting to get a little discouraged, I've seen March NOA2s already receiving their case numbers. How are USCIS and NVC working this out? 😔
We're going on 8 weeks now, still no word - and the NVC inquiry response is still that they haven't received our petition from USCIS.
We're in the same position. NOA2 Feb 2; 83 days; NVC haven't received our petition.

I would put in a public inquiry with NVC to see if your petition has made it's way there.

We've done 3 public inquiries so far. We've reached 60 days now from the first NOA2 on February 1st so we're going to do another inquiry with NVC tomorrow and also phone the USCIS to try and work out what is happening.

FEBRUARY 2023 K1 to NOA2 to NVC to EMBASSY
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports
Posted
We tried that and other hacks suggested but didn't get anywhere. But now we are past that and have our case number, done the medical interview and waiting to do the embassy interview.
