  1. That's helpful, thank you. It's hard to not go overboard with providing supporting documents but that makes sense when you put it that way.
  2. NOTE: AOS Adjusting from K-1. I received an RFE shortly after my I-485 (AOS) submission regarding Form I-864. After reviewing the documents USCIS scanned to my online account, I quickly identified that I neglected to include the last page of Form I-864 (as I did not need space for additional information) and thus shows up as "MISSING PAGE" in their system. I plan to address this omission and include a fully complete I-864 with my RFE response but I'm confused about the following. In my RFE it says to: "Submit a complete copy of the petitioning sponsor's Federal income tax return, including all supporting tax documents (W-2s, 1099s, Form 2555, and tax schedules) filed with the return, for the most recent tax year." In my original submission I provided IRS tax transcripts for the past three years, as well as three years' worth of 1040's and W2's. Should I provide the same financial documentation or *only *the tax transcripts as requested? TIA!
  3. @OldUser Thank you! Would you recommend that I present the additional passport myself or wait for it to be requested by the adjudicating officer?
  4. CONTEXT: I'm wanting to take extra precautions to make sure there aren't any administrative blips after the interview. I received my Polish citizenship by descent this year (Jan 2024) after having applied for it in 2021 (prior to having met my fiancé and filing the I-129F). I did not yet have my Polish passport when I filed the I-129F, and so it only stated that I had Canadian citizenship. I specified my Polish citizenship on the DS-160, however as I submitted that in Feb 2024. Should I bring supplementary documentation to the interview for this? I'm not sure whether they will ask about it but I want to be prepared. Also - would it be advised to present my Polish passport in addition to my Canadian one when they ask for my passport at the interview?
