    We finally got my mom DQ October 10 and are waiting for NVC to schedule her appointment with the Consulate in Nicosia. I've not been able to find out whether there are any delays or not, but we are coming up to 3 months now and nothing has been scheduled yet. Any thoughts on how I can find out timing for the Consulate and whether the ball has been dropped somewhere? Looking at the DOS website for NIV the longest wait time is 55 days for B1/B2 so was hoping that IV would be faster. Looking at the Consulate stats they only process maybe 15 at most in any given month as they are a small Consulate but would appreciate anyt thoughts/advice folks have?
