  1. Okay, thank you. Despite turning 22 this year, I don't want him to rush into marriage. He's not ready, not mature enough to start a family.
  2. Yes. He was awarded a scholarship but because of the denial, he still have it but he can't use the scholarship. Last year, his school sent him his Associate Degree Certificate. Going further with his schooling will be too expensive for me. Now, he intend to do online course in another school instead of just sitting at home.
  3. I didn't get your question. But to my best understanding, he did not apply for F1 to get to school. He doesn't need it as at the time because he did their high school here and went to college while our I485 was still pending. If that answer your question
  4. We came with a visiting visa B2, in 2016. He has a SSN.
  5. He went back to high school here and from high school to college. I brought him when he was 15 years.

  7. He's in college. And to be honest with you I'm the custodian parent, no one to go back home to me.
  8. I think I did. I just joined this site today. I'm learning how to respond back. I came in with my kids 2016. I was married to my ex husband 2017 but because of his physical abuse and infidelity, I couldn't continue with him and the application he submitted for us was denied. I remarried Oct, 2020 to present husband who is a US citizen. But my son was already 20 before I remarried. Hope I answered your questions.
  9. My husband filed family based and he added him to the application. But he was over 18 year old when we got married.
  10. Please I have a question. In January of last year, I filed for an AOS, which was a family-based application. At the time, my son was 20 years old, and he turned 21 this past March. Unfortunately, only his application was denied. My question is, would I be able to file for him when I receive my 2 year green card?
