  1. Yes, it’s better if you go to their interview with your parents. I think they will need a translator to with them. I don't think you would be able to assist with translation. You can always contact USCIS to double-check. Good luck!
  2. Hello, I’m posting for the first time here, and I need information and my I-131 AP denial letter. My I-130 was approved, my I-765 EAD was approved, and I have a work permit at home valid for 5y. My I-485 was scheduled for an interview by the end of this month. Should I be worried about the 1-131 denied case? I have till January 20th to send RFE but my Interview is scheduled for the 31st. Has anyone had a similar case? I also sent RFE for 1-485 because of the previous denial but the case was reopened and accepted. Any help would be appreciated. Thank u .
