I just received a RFE from uscis stating “USCIS did not receive your immigrant packet from CBP, therefore you need to provide form I-693. I can recall vividly, when I sent in the application I included a copy of my medical ( DS 3025 ), and all was done in less than 6 months I did the medicals. What do I have to do at this time? Note that I came in with K1.

I never said petitioner ain’t supporting, The petitioner has been supportive 100% but when one of the jobs downsized we got affected and the co-sponsor helps in a little way they can….

I have a job offer with the letter and I wanna expedite my EAD application I filed with the AOS from K1, is the offer letter enough to fax to uscis as the additional information for their decision? And under what expediting category would that be ? Secondly, our co-sponsor who have been supporting us lost his stock business capital. Would this add up as additional information? Or what other additional information can be added for me to show that I need to support our growing family. Thanks……

Make new letters specifically addressed to the consulate and also go with both interview letters. Do not worry about the expired NOA2 as long as you secure your appointment before it expires. It will be extended by the consular. Good luck -
