I am getting red flag in passport number section when I try to submit DS 260. The sign and submit button is enabled and the page does not prompt anything (no selective service, no prompt on 1810). But everytime I click sign and submit button after entering NVC number, passport number and CAPTCHA there always appears red flag in the passport number section. No other error message in the form anywhere. I checked passport number and it is correct and I entered the information by typing (No copy/paste). I tried to inquire NVC twice with screen shot but their answers are in their template and never answer my Question. Their phone number is also suspended. I tried at different times and with different browers but I encountered the same issue.
Has anyone been in this situation? Can u share your experience? I would really appreciate !
