I know but it’s weird that it says it’s case reopened right after that next day and its still not changed in two years now never said anything about sending card on mail or anything like that I’m contacting the lawyer to get some answers really

He told me about rfe and I did it medical exam and I sent it like month later but they had covid extension I don’t know if he field for motion to reconsider or no but I know status changed after that to case reopened

I have one question why it says on the timeline they reopened the i485 after they approved it makes me just wonder because I’m still trying to figure what to do next thank y’all for your reasoned

They asked me for medical rfe I sent it and it said it was approved what’s that mean

I did check it it only say we reopened your application that’s all they don’t say anything about approved it’s so weird I’m still not completely sure it’s been long time and I’m kinda frustrated about it little bit I guess I have to go to immigration office

Was Vawa actually so I can apply for citizenship I guess

How do y’all know it got approved by the way I’m concussed because on the case status website it don’t say that it only say case reopened on January 21 2021

So I received foia and it says this which is not much by the way it didn’t change January 22, 2021 Case Was Reopened January 21, 2021 We approved your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. January 21, 2021 We reopened your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, and are reconsidering our earlier decision. January 20, 2021 We ordered your new card. July 27, 2019 We completed our review of your fingerprints and are continuing to work on your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. July 27, 2019 We received your correspondence for Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. February 11, 2019 We received your case and waived the filing fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.

I called the uscis finally someone answered but all they said is I can mail them for information about my case and I have filed foai online which I have no idea how long it takes or even if it’ll work but here I am being patient

I will do that but can it be sent out even tho it’s not updated on the case status

So I have 1485 that was reopened on January 22 of 2021 after I sent the medical exam that they requested from me but since then it hasn’t even been updated it still says case reopened. I have lawyer who wont tell me anything until I pay him off but should I be concerned about this situation could my green card be approved and he has it on him this lawyer and waiting for me pay him so he can give it to me I need some answers
